Information Technology has totally changed the complexion of the quality of life today, with so much of innovative research and development projects impacting everyday life. The scale of the achievement comes from the ability to integrate computer technology with communication technology.

As business continues to evolve in the information age, the demand and need of the users are in constant expansion. Keeping pace with the rampant growth of allied technologies, we at JCT are in constant process of up-gradation. Our mission is to develop strategies and prepare plans to improve and enhance the IT resources, supporting the organization’s operations.

We have taken an initiative to make our business processes simpler and efficient by utilizing the power of information technology in the form of various systems that we have developed.

We started off with in-house built DOS based packages which later included Ramco ERP and our own built production package covering all production areas. In the year 2009 we introduced a number of web-based applications using latest technologies. Moving to the next level JCT got implemented SAP S4 HANA in October 2017 across its manufacturing units, regional sale offices and head office in a record time of 4.5 months.

We are into enterprise level license agreement with Microsoft. We are successfully maintaining Microsoft exchange server in our premises in a way to facilitate emails for the employees of the organization.

Frequent road shows and trainings are being conducted by us for the users in a way to keep them updated and also to introduce them with newly developed systems. We do conduct online survey’s through which not only our department but also other departments have the advantage to get the valuable feedback.
